Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Pat the chicken breasts dry with a paper towel.
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
Rub the mixture all over the chicken breasts, ensuring you get under the skin.
Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet, skin-side up.
