In a small bowl, combine the curry powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, ginger, cayenne, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the curry seasoning blend.
Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil.
Working in batches if necessary, add the sausages to the hot pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they're nicely browned on the outside.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and sprinkle the curry seasoning over the sausages, turning to coat them evenly.
Continue cooking for another 8-10 minutes, turning the sausages occasionally, until they're cooked through and the seasoning has formed a lovely crust.
Transfer the cooked curry sausages to a plate and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
