Ingredients

sampaguita extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: Chopped sampaguita flowers for garnish
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, sampaguita extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
Serve and garnish with chopped sampaguita flowers if desired.
