Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sampaguita extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • Optional: Chopped sampaguita flowers for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, sampaguita extract, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  • Transfer the churned ice cream into an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  • Serve and garnish with chopped sampaguita flowers if desired.
