Ingredients

  • 2 cups of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of barley flour
  • 1/4 cup of flaxseeds
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 teaspoons of yeast
  • 2 cups of warm water

Instructions

  • Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it froth.
  • Mix the yeast with dry ingredients until a sticky dough forms.
  • Knead for about 10 minutes and let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Shape into a loaf and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30-35 minutes.
