Lemon Truffles

Lemon Truffles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chopped
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Zest of 2 lemons
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup powdered sugar for coating

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, heat the cream and butter over medium heat until the butter melts and the mixture begins to simmer.
  • Remove from heat and pour over the chopped white chocolate. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, stirring to combine.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes until it firms up enough to scoop.
  • Once firm, scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll into balls.
  • Roll the truffles in powdered sugar to coat.
  • Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes to set. Serve and enjoy!
