  • 1- inch piece fresh ginger peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 2 black tea bags or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf black tea
  • 2 cups hot water

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan, combine the sliced ginger and 2 cups of hot water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let the ginger simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse the water. 🌶️
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the black tea bags (or loose-leaf tea). Let steep for 3-5 minutes.
