  • 1/2 cup blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 avocado ripe
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or your preferred milk alternative
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt optional for extra creaminess
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup optional for sweetness
  • One scoop of protein powder optional for additional protein
  • 1 scoop collagen powder optional for skin and joint health

Instructions

  • Prepare Ingredients: If you're using fresh berries, wash them thoroughly. Pit the dates and scoop out the avocado flesh.
  • Blend: Add all the ingredients—strawberries, blueberries, avocado, almond milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, dates, honey or maple syrup, protein powder, and collagen powder—into a blender.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.
  • Serve: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately. For an extra-cool treat, you can use frozen berries or add a few ice cubes to the blender.
