Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, cayenne (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  • Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
  • Spoon onto parchment paper, roll into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm. Alternatively, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
