smoked paprika

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, garlic, parsley, chives, paprika, cayenne (if using), lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Mix well until thoroughly combined.
Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
Spoon onto parchment paper, roll into a log shape, and refrigerate until firm. Alternatively, store in an airtight container in the fridge.
