Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, Lipton Onion Soup Mix, beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, 1/4 cup ketchup, milk, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper.
Mix the ingredients gently with your hands until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Transfer the meat mixture to a 9x5 inch loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf.
In a small bowl, mix together the glaze ingredients: 1/4 cup ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
