Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast diced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Cook the Pasta: In a large pot, boil salted water and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the Chicken: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes). Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  • Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque (about 3-4 minutes). Remove shrimp and set aside with the chicken.
  • Make the Alfredo Sauce: Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese and cook until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Combine Everything: Add the cooked pasta, chicken, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything together until well combined and heated through.
