Ingredients

kosher salt

brown sugar

cinnamon

whole cloves

oranges
sliced

cold water
Instructions
In a large pot, combine apple juice, kosher salt, and brown sugar. Heat until dissolved.
Add cinnamon, cloves, and orange slices. Stir well.
Let the mixture cool and add 2 cups cold water.
Submerge turkey in the brine and refrigerate for 12-24 hours.
Rinse turkey thoroughly before cooking.
